Thank you for visiting our website! You’re right — written resources are valuable in helping us learn how to cope with the grief that follows loss. After my husband died, I read books to understand why I felt the way I did, to find out what to expect, and to figure out why everything had changed. I was completely unprepared. Years later, I wrote STUNNED by Grief and the STUNNED by Grief Journal so that other people wouldn’t have to struggle the way I did just to figure things out.
